Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Saffron & Sage's policies are clear and simple:
- Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
- Cancellation: If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, you receive 50% of the deposit back. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the full deposit.
- Refunds: Final payments are refunded only if the chef cancels the event.
- Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
- Late Payment: Outstanding balances after the event date incur a 5% weekly fee until settled.
- Privacy: Your personal details are used solely for your booking and never shared with third parties.
